This Privacy Policy is meant to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, and how you can update, manage, export, and delete your information.

  1. The types of personal data we use

    You give us information when you register on the Platform, including your username, email address, and information you disclose in your user profile.

    If you choose to register to use the Platform using your social media account details (e.g. Facebook, Google), you will provide us or allow your social network to provide us with your username and public profile. We will likewise share certain information with the relevant social network such as your app ID, access token and the referring URL.

  2. The following information is collected from users during service use

    The IP address, cookies, service usage records, browser type and settings, operation system, system activity and may be generated and collected during service use.Specifically, 1) information on the user is automatically created and stored (collected)during the process of using the service, or 2) unique information of the user’s device is securely transformed and collected so that the original values of which cannot be identified.

    After you terminate your use of this platform, we may gather your information and store it on an anonymous basis.

    Allendar strictly destroys user's personal information immediately after the user withdraws his/her membership.

    We will notify you of any material changes to this policy through a notice provided via the Platform or by other means. In order to check such changes thereto, you should check this policy regularly. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this policy reflects the effective date of such policy changes.

    Your continued access to or use of this Platform after the date policy is revised mean your agreement to the revised policy. If you do not agree to the revised policy, you must cease your access to and use of this platform.

  8. Destruction of personal information

    Allendar strictly destroys user's personal information immediately after the user withdraws his/her membership.

    However, such personal information may be stored securely for a certain period afterward designated by applicable law ififAllendarhas a legal obligation to store the information for a specified period under applicable law.

    The laws and regulations whichrequire Allendarto store the information for a certain period of time are as follows. In such cases,Allendarwill store the personal information for a period specified in the laws and regulations and in no case shall the information be used for any other purposes.

    • Under the Protection of Communications Secrets Act
      - Log-in information: 3 months
    • Under the Framework Act on National Taxes
      - Books and evidentiary documentsfor all transactions regulated by law: 5 years
    • Under the Electronic Financial Transactions Act
      - Records on electronic financial transactions: 5 years

    Personal information, the purposes of collection and use of which have been fully achieved,including user’s withdrawal of membership, termination of service, and expiration of the storage period for personal information which user has consented to, will be immediately destroyed to an un-restorable state.Personal information for which the storage obligation is imposed under the relevant laws and regulationswill also be immediately destroyed to an un-restorable state once the storage period is expired.

    Personal information that is stored in electronic form will besecurely deleted using technical means to prevent restoration and regeneration, and printouts, etc. thereof will be shredded or incinerated.

  9. Users' Rights and ways to exercise suchrights

    Users can have access to or make changes to their personal information on ‘User Information’ page at any time.

    Users can withdraw their consent to the collection and use of their personal information via 'Membership Withdrawal' at any time.

    In case where a user requests for correction of errors in his/her personal information, the relevant personal information will not be used or provided until such correction is completed. Also, if any incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the corrected information will be notified to the third party without delay so as to ensure that the necessary correction is made.
