However, such personal information may be stored securely for a certain period afterward designated by applicable law ififAllendarhas a legal obligation to store the information for a specified period under applicable law.
The laws and regulations whichrequire Allendarto store the information for a certain period of time are as follows. In such cases,Allendarwill store the personal information for a period specified in the laws and regulations and in no case shall the information be used for any other purposes.
Personal information, the purposes of collection and use of which have been fully achieved,including user’s withdrawal of membership, termination of service, and expiration of the storage period for personal information which user has consented to, will be immediately destroyed to an un-restorable state.Personal information for which the storage obligation is imposed under the relevant laws and regulationswill also be immediately destroyed to an un-restorable state once the storage period is expired.
Personal information that is stored in electronic form will besecurely deleted using technical means to prevent restoration and regeneration, and printouts, etc. thereof will be shredded or incinerated.
Users can have access to or make changes to their personal information on ‘User Information’ page at any time.
Users can withdraw their consent to the collection and use of their personal information via 'Membership Withdrawal' at any time.
In case where a user requests for correction of errors in his/her personal information, the relevant personal information will not be used or provided until such correction is completed. Also, if any incorrect personal information has already been provided to a third party, the corrected information will be notified to the third party without delay so as to ensure that the necessary correction is made.
